CCFR (CLIMATE CONTROLLED FIRING RANGE) Combat Arms Systems is developing the first Climate Controlled Firing Range in the world. This is a major undertaking to develop these 900 feet, 6 lane CCFR. The climate control area can change the temperature in the six lanes from room temperature to -80 F and +160 F with full control of temperature adjustment.

HONOR VALOR COURAGE CORPORATION shall have the Intellectual Property Rights, technology knowledge rights, manufacturing rights, loading rights, all marketing commercial rights both national and international, all government agency marketing rights, all military, DOD, and Government contractors marketing right and all law enforcement marketing rights and all retail and wholesale marketing rights for the PGB. .
The PGB will be developed for our markets in 5.56 caliber (M16 Caliber) 9 mm and 40 Caliber with special high stressed glass with micro technology insert. The 5.56 brass will be of standard 5.56 brass with a special primer and microprocessor activator imbedded in the bullet. The weapon will be equipped with an added on range adjustment on the rail same as an offset scope, or spotlight. No modification of the weapon will be required. As the bullet is fired and passes though the mussel of the weapon the distance programed is set and activated. If the distance set is exceeded without hitting the target the bullet will disintegrate into small pieces or dust. This dust may contain various elements that are pre-loaded in the bullet in the military classified version. This whole process will take place in a nano-second and the target distance is set in less than a microsecond second by the shooter. This programming, testing and application setting will be developed at Sandia National Laboratories with input for HVCC weapons experts and Combat Arms Systems Corporation (CASC.

The purpose of this CRADA between National Technology & Engineering Solutions (NTESS), and Honor Valor Courage Corporation (HVCC) is to enable continuation of the development of the range programmable bullet and the potential commercialization of this capability.
Reasons for Cooperation
NTESS brings knowledge of and expertise in stressed glass, the fabrication of a glass bullet that can withstand the launch acceleration when fired from a firearm, the deposition of a timing circuit using photolithographic technologies, and development testing to verify the desired functionality of the range programmable munition.
The capability of a range programmable bullet (RPB) that can deliver a lethal round to a target and then fragment in microseconds, preventing down range collateral damage will have multiple applications including, a kinetic means of neutralizing UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) threats, hostage situations inside an a jet airliner, and neutralization of attackers in front of high value assets such as critical nuclear reactors equipment.
HVCC’s willingness to fund continued development of the range programmable bullet is an asset to this collaboration.
HVCC business acumen, marketing, and infrastructure to commercialize this technology after demonstrating a functional prototype is an assert to this collaboration.
NTESS will work with HVCC to commercialize new and effective security technologies capable of strengthening our nation’s security and securing our borders. The technologies being considered represent next generation security technologies being developed by NTESS and will be commercialized by HVCC to be available to privately owned entities such as nuclear plants that generate electrical power, airports, and airlines. The technologies will also be made available to U.S. Agencies with security missions.
The primary goal of this activity is to develop a prototype capability, that will culminate in a successful demonstration, showing a capability of delivering a lethal round to a target and then fragment into hundreds-thousands of small particles, preventing down range collateral damage. NTESS will be responsible for the technical development of the RPB. HVCC will provide guidance and input to key decision points that will impact manufacturability and cost of the ultimate product sold to consumers.
HVCC will take the lead role marketing and sales of the product and will establish the value proposition for the successful commercialization of the RPB. HVCC will investigate the potential market value of this concept, including who are the potential customers for this product, what their price point is, what kind of volume can be expected. HVCC will also investigate what kind of investment it will take to get the RPB to the market, including what manufacturing facilities are needed, manpower and resources, special manufacturing capabilities, and estimated cost to develop the manufacturing capabilities. Knowing the estimated market potential and the manufacturing costs required, HVCC will estimate the viability of the RPB as an investment. This ROM needs to be refined to establish the financial viability of the RPB.
Technical Note: Development of the prototype will initially be focused on a 50-caliber round. It is understood that a common and more marketable munition is the .223 diameter round. To reduce R&D risks, the initial development will be on a 50-caliber round. After the successful completion of the 50caliber effort, the next step would be to create the capability in a 5.56 NATO . During each step of the R&D tasks cited, the team will assess feasibility and additional issues for the 5.56 NATO-caliber round.
